Break Ke Baad Trailer starring Bollywood Heartthrobs Deepika and Imran

Now the movie ‘Break Ke Baad’ isn’t titled so after the breakup of Ranbir and Deepika, but is one which melts your hearts and cuddle up with your partner. The Imran and Deepika starrer is all set to rule the box-office this 26^th November.

It’s a ‘coming of age’ movie in the long list of romantic comedies to take Bollywood by storm. And there couldn’t be a better ‘coming of age’ pair than the one we have in this movie with the ‘I Hate Luv Storys’ star Imran Khan and ‘Love Aaj Kal’ princess Deepika Padukone. ‘Break Ke Baad’ will see a childhood sweetheart couple Abhay and Aaliya, who want to take a break from their relationship so that they can evaluate and understand each other better. The pair has already generated a lot of excitement amongst the fans about their on-screen chemistry and the on-screen kiss.

The movie is the directorial debut of Danish Aslam as well as Kunal Kohlil, as an independent producer. ‘Break Ke Baad’ will see the chocolate boy Imran play the love-aholic romantic Abhay who has been in love with Aaliya (Deepika) since he was 4 years of age. However, the commitment-phobic Aaliya dreams of making it big in Bollywood and wants to become a top notch actress. The commitment seeking Abhay results in Aaliya going to Australia to study. This decision backfires on Abhay in the way that he has to now handle a long term relationship. Puzzled with the prospect of a long term relationship, they decide to take a ‘Break’ from their relationship. In a fickle world where relationships break up on the smallest of differences, Aaliya and Abhay manage to sail through the huge geographical difference that is present in their relationship. Shahana Goswami & Yudhishtr Urs play siblings while Sharmila Tagore, Navin Nischol and Lillete Dubey have supporting roles in the movie.

The movie has been shot across Delhi, Mumbai and Mauritius and is scheduled to be released on 26 November 2010. The musical duo of Vishal-Shekhar has composed the music for the movie, while ‘Rang De Basanti’ lyricist Prasoon Joshi has given the lyrics. Andre Menezes has done the cinematography for the movie.
