Tees Maar Khan’s Qawwali – Past Sweethearts Reunite: Salman – Katrina dancing with Akshay

She’s the reigning Queen of Bollywood and can kill with her looks! But what many thought would be an awkward moment for Salman-Katrina after their much publicized ‘break-up’, turned out to be quite fun and full of pranks. With the biggest prankster of Bollywood – Akshay Kumar at his side, Salman was all but pulling the legs of his now ‘ex-girlfriend’ Katrina on the sets of Farah Khan’s forthcoming Bollywood movie ‘Tees Maar Khan’.

The action-comedy directed by Farah Khan, will star Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in lead roles, while Akshaye Khanna will play a small part in the movie. Set to release during Christmas time on 24th December, the music has been scored by the duo of Vishal-Shekhar. Javed Akhthar has penned the lyrics for the movie, whose music launch will happen in November. Fans can catch the theatrical trailer of the film with Aishwarya Rai's Diwali release Action Replayy on 5 November 2010 as well as on NyooTV.

The much buzzed ‘Qawwali’ song from the movie – ‘Wallah Re Wallah’ will have the trio of Akhsay, Salman and Katrina dance together. Akshay and Salman sport a ‘tapori’ look for the song, while the innocent faced Katrina adorns a gorgeous orange dress with a jhumka on her head! Her remake of Bollywood legend Meenakumari’s ‘Paakeezah’ song is also creating waves in the industry.

However there are several speculations surrounding the movie, which is supposed to be a spoof on Michael Crichton’s 1979 thriller ‘The Great Train Robbery’, starring Sean Connery and Donald Sutherland. The first teaser posters of TMK have a train in the backdrop, but ask Farah if she was inspired by the movie and she denies it: “Yes, TMK is also about a train robbery but it’s more of a comic caper and an original story.”
