A Galaxy of Stars descend as Superstar Rajnikanth Hosts the Premiere for Robot

There’s no doubting the ‘Superstar’ status of Rajnikanth anymore, with the kind of response he generated for his latest blockbuster movie ‘Enthiran, The Robot’. The movie which has already broken many a records at the box office, also received a very warm welcome when Rajnikanth invited the who’s who of Bollywood for the premiere of the movie.

In a long list of A-list attendees at the event was the Bachchan family of Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Rajni’s muse in the movie Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Aishwarya wore a Manish Malhotra outfit and looked delicately beautiful in an off white salwar-kameez. Talking about the director of Robot, Shankar, with whom she has previously worked in ‘Jeans’, Aish said that the experiences in the two movies were different and a major contributing factor was the presence of Rajni sir in Robot.
The attendees also included Sunny Deol, Southern beauty Shriya Saran, Director & Producer Karan Johar, Dharmendra, Abhay Deol, Jimmy Shergill, Manish Malhotra, Tabu, Dev Anand, Rajkumar Hirani, Subhash Ghai, Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao, Urmila Matondkar, Issha Koppikar and Prem Chopra. The Bachchan bahu is elated about the tremendous response that Robot has generated amongst the audiences with fans from all across the world welcoming Rajni-deva with open arms and it is like an ‘early diwali’ for some fans. The humble Aishwarya dedicated the success of the movie to the entire cast and crew of Robot.
