The horror movie is one of the first of its genre to release in 3D. The Hollywood movie has been directed by Alexandre Aja and featuring an ensemble cast including Steven R. McQueen, Jessica Szohr, Adam Scott, Elisabeth Shue, Kelly Brook, Riley Steele, Richard Dreyfuss, Jerry O'Connell, Christopher Lloyd, Ving Rhames, Dina Meyer, Cody Longo, Ricardo Antonio Chavira, Paul Scheer, Ashlynn Brooke, Gianna Michaels and Eli Roth. The script has been written by Josh Stolberg and Pete Goldfinger, the writers of Sorority Row.
The ‘Garam Masala’ babe Neetu Chandra who wore a faded pink laced collar dress to the premiere said, “We’ve seen 3D kids’ films. But this is a horror 3D! I am very scared of horror movies, but they excite me none the less!” Meanwhile, Golmaal 3 policeman Murali Sharma said, “It’s my first 3D film ever! I’ve never seen a 3D film ever in my life. As a kid I missed Chota Chetan and I am really excited and looking forward to watch this movie.”
The beautiful lady in blue and white stripes, Shweta Pandit said, “I am really excited to watch the movie. It’s a cool horror flick! Piranhas is in 3D right now! It’s a different experience to see it in 3D for sure. Cinematically it’s going to be an amazing viewing experience for the audiences!” Another Golmaal 3 actress, Ashwini Kalsekar adds, “The very theme of Piranhas in 3D and fishes eating human scares me a lot!
