‘Ready’, is an upcoming Bollywood entertainer that has Salman Khan as Prem and Asin Thottumkal as Sanjanna in the lead roles. The film is directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kishan Kumar and Sohail Khan. Apart fom Salman Khan the film also has Paresh Rawal, Arya Babbar and Mahesh Manjrekar in supporting roles. Bollywood actors, Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn, Kangna Ranaut, Arbaaz Khan and Zarine Khan will be seen in cameos in the film. Bollywood music director Pritam has composed the music for the film. The film is slated for release on 3rd June, 2011. The film is a remake of a 2008 Telugu film of the same name.

‘Ready’ is a sure shot entertainer by Salman Khan with the right doses of action, comedy and romance. ‘Ready’ has some brilliant action sequences packed with comedy that will surely enthrall the audiences. Salman and Asin are paired for the second time after London Dreams and their on screen chemistry is something to watch out for. The film was supposed to be shot in Mauritius initially but was shot in Sri Lanka instead and later in Bangkok. According to reports, Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt and Kangna Ranaut, who were shooting in Bangkok for David Dhawan's film, ‘Rascals’ were called by Salman Khan to be a part of the movie. The trio shot for a day and will be seen in brief appearances in the film. The trailer shows Salman Khan sporting spectacles in some scenes. The bespectacled look was brought in to conceal an eye infection the superstar encountered, resulting in red swollen eyes. But some of the scenes were re-edited and some patch work shooting did take place to replace the close ups showing Salman’s infected eyes!

Jacqueline Fernandez’s wardrobe malfunction

Sri Lankan beauty and Bollywood actress, Jacqueline Fernandez managed to ward off a major embarrassment at an event recently when the black dress the actress was sporting had a loose strap that kept peeping out from the back of the dress, making the actress very uncomfortable in the outfit. The discomfort caused due to the glitch in the outfit was very obvious as Jacqueline kept on tugging and adjusting the left strap on her shoulder several times that evening!! When questioned about the dress she was wearing, the actress said that considering the summer months that are here, the dress was hot, happening, young and funky! Born in Colombo, Jacqueline Fernandez comes from a Sinhalese family. Jacqueline was crowned Miss Sri Lanka for the Miss Universe beauty pageant in 2006. Jacqueline Fernandez was the first choice for director Mohit Suri, instead of Mallika Sherawat as Jacqueline “fitted the bill perfectly” and the actress has shot some steamy lovemaking scenes with Emraan Hashmi for the film apart from smooches galore. ‘Game’: A glimpse of the upcoming thriller

Game is the story of four strangers who come together under strange circumstances. Neil Menon (Abhishek Bachchan), O.P. Ramsay (Boman Irani), Tisha Khanna (Shahana Goswami), and Vikram Kapoor (Jimmy Shergill) are invited to Kabir Malhotra’s (Anupam Kher) private island Samos, in Greece. None of the characters knows each other and as soon as they arrive on the island, they wish that they had never come as they all become suspects in crime as Sia Agnihotri (Kangna Ranaut) gets murdered. The film promises to keep you on the edge of the seat with its twists and turns that involve love, revenge, retribution and murder.

Game has been shot across five international locations that include Greece, Istanbul, London and Bangkok apart from Mumbai. Game is believed to belong to the same genre as the ‘Bourne’ trilogy. The film has been directed by Abhinay Deo and is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. Game is slated for a summer release in April this year. The film is interspersed with some enchanting tracks which have been composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The lyrics have been written by Javed Akhtar. Aakrosh - a Priyadarshan movie hits back at Honour Killings in Bihar

Get ready for an action thriller of the kind you have never seen before! Priyadarshan’s multi-starrer ‘Aakrosh’ is an adaptation from an article about Honour Killings that featured in Times of India in 1995. The movie produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and directed by Priyadarshan is set to release on 1st October 2010. The movie has an ensemble of actors with Ajay Devgn, Akshaye Khanna, Bipasha Basu, Amita Pathak, Reema Sen and Paresh Rawal in the lead. Based in Jhanjhar, a small village in Bihar, where three students from Delhi University go missing and the case in handed over to Pratap Kumar and Siddhant Chaturvedi. Returning to the silver screen after his dud ‘Shortkut – The Con is On’ Akshaye Khanna plays the role of Siddhant Chaturvedi, the Chief Investigating Officer for the case in Jhanjhar. The glam quotient of the movie is somewhat deprived with the Bengali bombshell Bipasha Basu playing the very conservative role of ‘Geeta’ who is disturbed by the inhuman activities around her which causes her to choose a different path in her life. Reema Sen will also be seen in the movie. The ever so strong performer Paresh Rawal plays the role of ‘Ajatshatru Singh’, a sweet-spoken but none the less corrupt cop who is full of disgust and hatred for the lower strata of the society.

Endhiran is Superstar Rajanikanth’s film that comes after a long gap. He has a double role where he plays the roles of a scientist and a robot. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan plays his love interest, while Bollywood actor Danny Denzongpa plays the villain in the film.

Rajanikanth plays a scientist who creates a Robot with artificial intelligence similar to that of a sixth sense in humans to help human beings and for the development of the country. But its silicon heart falls in love with Aishwarya Rai, writes romantic poems and the Robot behaves just like a human being. Knowing about the extra ordinary intelligence of the Robot, the villains try to get control of the Robot. Scientist Rajni fights to save the Robot falling into the hand of the enemies and destroys the evil forces using the Robot itself.

The film was earlier slated for a release on the 10^th of September, but Sun Pictures, the producers of this film have advanced the date to 3^rd September. One of the highlights of this film is that Rajinikanth would be seen without his famed moustache in most parts thereby making him look much younger. The last time director Shankar and actor Rajinikanth came together they created magic with Sivaji - The Boss.
