The lyrics of the song say, 'Munni bhi maani aur Sheila bhi maani, Shalu ke thumke ki duniya deewani’ which is direct take on previous hit Bollywood item numbers.

Bollywood choreographer, Ganesh Acharya has cone a brilliant job choreographing the number which has patented steps from Munni Badnam Hui and Sheela ki Jawani. Says a source, the rip off was essential, since the song mentions Munni and Sheila both. Shalu ke Thumkey is set in a road side dhaba which was specially erected for the song in Yash Raj studios. Mallika will be seen in a jazzy choli and a short skirt with Rajansthani embroidery and sequin work. The entire cast of the film is a part of the playful number. According to the film’s producer, the item song is so peppy that it will make the audience forget the likes of Sheila and Munni. Bhaag D K Bose Aandhi Aayi is a song from the upcoming film, Delhi Belly which is produced by Aamir Khan. The track, which is the theme song for the film, has become quite an internet sensation much prior to the film’s release in July. The lyrics of the song twist a fairly common Bengali name into an expletive. The song which is a rage, has more to it than its hip retro-rock beat. In times where the censor board is good at snipping off unpleasant content from lyrics, dialogues and titles, film makers are finding new and innovative ways to slip in expletives that will keep the narrative 'real' but at the same time escape the censor net.

The lyrics 'D K Bose, DK Bose, DK Bose,' are put together and when sung to fast instruments, is a popular abuse in the northern India. The lyrics have been written by Amitabh Bhattacharya and sung by Ram Sampath. A source reveals that Aamir was totally shocked on hearing the song during the recording. "His first reaction was of disbelief, but then he realised the words were referring to a character called D K Bose. It was smartly conceptualised."

Delhi Belly, directed by Abhinay Deo, stars beside Imran Khan, Kunal Roy Kapoor, Poorna Jagannathan, Vir Das and Shenaz Treasurywala. The script is written by Akshat Verma and the film is produced by Aamir Khan under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions. Aamir Khan had earlier said in a blog post that the film has the potential to ruin the reputation he has build over the years with clean, family entertainers.

Ranbir – Deepika patch up!!

Ranbir Kapoor and his ex girlfriend Deepika Padukone have decided to bury the hatchet and work together for Ayaan Mukherjee’s next film. Ayaan Mukherjee, who had cast Ranbir Kapoor in his first film, Wake Up Sid was undecided about the female lead in his next venture. This is when Deepika stepped in and called Ayaan several times, requesting him to cast her in the film, to which the film maker finally agreed.

Dum Maro Dum first look

Abhishek Bachchan and Rohan Sippy come together again in the forthcoming Bollywood thriller Dum Maro Dum after their mega successful project, BluffMaster. The movie is being produced by Ramesh Sippy. Dum Maro Dum is based in Goa and is about the lives of six Indians whose lives change as they get involved with the drug mafia in the area. The film has Abhishek Bachchan as ACP Vishnu Kamath, Aditya Pancholi as the drug lord Lorsa Biscuta, Bipasha Basu as Zoe, Rana Daggubati as DJ Joki and Prateik Babbar as Lorry. Crime, revenge, rage, sex - are all woven together to create this super thriller!

The movie has been shot in Goa and will be released on 22nd April 2011. Pritam Chakraborty has composed the music for the film. Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone will be seen gyrating to a sizzling item number which is a remix version of the seventies popular track Dum Maro Dum which was sung by Asha Bhonsle and composed by R. ‘Game’: A glimpse of the upcoming thriller

Game is the story of four strangers who come together under strange circumstances. Neil Menon (Abhishek Bachchan), O.P. Ramsay (Boman Irani), Tisha Khanna (Shahana Goswami), and Vikram Kapoor (Jimmy Shergill) are invited to Kabir Malhotra’s (Anupam Kher) private island Samos, in Greece. None of the characters knows each other and as soon as they arrive on the island, they wish that they had never come as they all become suspects in crime as Sia Agnihotri (Kangna Ranaut) gets murdered. The film promises to keep you on the edge of the seat with its twists and turns that involve love, revenge, retribution and murder.

Game has been shot across five international locations that include Greece, Istanbul, London and Bangkok apart from Mumbai. Game is believed to belong to the same genre as the ‘Bourne’ trilogy. The film has been directed by Abhinay Deo and is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. Game is slated for a summer release in April this year. The film is interspersed with some enchanting tracks which have been composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The lyrics have been written by Javed Akhtar.
