Dharmendra And Sons Set To Rock The Audience In Yamla Pagla Deewana

The super trio of Bollywood’s Deol family - Dharmedra, Sunny and Bobby - is making a comeback this winter to take you on a roller coaster journey of laughter, romance, action and drama. The father-son team could not attract the viewers when they first appeared onscreen together in Apne in 2007. Sameer Karnik has directed the movie and he also doubles up as the producer with Nitin Manmohan. The movie also has a fresh face in the leading lady of the movie, played by Kulraj Randhawa. YPD, as it is popularly known also stars Nafisa Ali, Johnny Lever, Puneet Issar, Mukul Dev and Himanshu Malik. The movie will be releasing in theatres all across India on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti on 14th January 2011.

The comedy revolves around three main characters played by veteran actor Dharmendra and his two sons Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. Dharmendra ‘Paa-ji’ will be recreating the powerful role he played in his landmark film Sholay. Bobby Deol will be seen romancing many cute girls at the same time. The audience will get to witness the ‘Sholay’ days of Dharmendra with his funny acts. The movie has been shot in Banaras (India) and Canada.

Yamla Pagla Deewana will also have the popular dialogue of Sholay in which Veeru tells Gabbar Singh, ‘Kuttey Mein Tera Khoon Pee Jaunga’. The ‘Turbanator’ – Harbhajan Singh Now Torments The Kiwis as he Hits a 2nd Consecutive Test Century

Continuing his good form with the bat, Harbhajan Singh hit his second century on the fourth day of the second Test against New Zealand at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Monday. Harbhajan reached the landmark off 105 balls and his knock was studded with 7 fours 6 sixes. This is Harbhajan's second successive century and the knock made him the only batsman in Test history to hit two consecutive hundreds at the number eight position. The knock took him to the top of the run-getters chart in the on-going 3 Match Test Series.

Harbhajan made his Test and One Day International (ODI) debuts in early 1998. His career was initially beset by investigations into the legality of his bowling action and disciplinary incidents that raised the ire of cricket authorities. However in 2001, with leading leg spinner Anil Kumble injured, Harbhajan's career was resuscitated after Indian captain Sourav Ganguly called for his inclusion in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy team. In that series victory over Australia, Harbhajan established himself as team's leading spinner by taking 32 wickets, becoming the first Indian bowler to take a hat trick in Test cricket.

Now a veteran of the game, Harbhajan had a rough beginning to his India career scarred with scuffles with players from other teams every now and then. He was then known as the angry young man of the Indian Cricket Team and still picks up a fight when provoked.
