London, Paris, New York : Ali Zafar’s new romantic movie

‘Ali Zafar’ has now got an opportunity to introduce himself as a lead actor in ‘London, Paris, New York’. He has been starred with Aditi Rao Hydari. Film has been produced by Goldie Behl and Shrishti Arya. Anu Menon has directed the film and also written the story and screenplay. Distributed by Fox Star Studio and expected to release on March 2, 2012.

‘Tere Bin Laden’ and ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ fame Ali Zafar is debuting as the lead star in his upcoming romantic comedy ‘London, Paris, New York’. Aditi Rao Hydari has been working as her co-actor.

Aditi as Lalitha, a middle class south Indian girl on her way to New York to study politics with scholarship, and Nikhil, a Punjabi, rich guy is going to study Film Making in London. They follow their journey of love as they meet in London, Paris and New York for a night in each city.

Ali Zafar has also debuted as a composer by taking the responsibility of music composition in the film. He has already proved himself as a playback singer in Tere Bin Laden, Luv Ka The End and Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. Zafar made his debut in Indian cinema with Tere Bin Laden, which was a success both critically and commercially. Zafar’s film ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’, produced by Aditya Chopra of Yash Raj Films, had also hit the screen successfully.

Gali Gali me chor hai: A story of an Indian common man struggles with the common Indian problem, corruption.

Rumy Jafrey “ God Tussi Great ho ” director , has tried to come up with a new concept of a ‘aam aadmi ki kahani’ in “Gali Gali me chor hai”. The common Indian problem ‘corruption’ is the main theme of the film. The team includes casts like Akshay Khanna , Shriya Saran , Mugdha Godse , Satish Kaushik , Annu Kapoor Vijay Raaj , Akhilendra Mishra.

The new creation of Rumy Jafrey, who has already directed Salman Khan in his film “God Tussi Great ho” now with Akshay Khanna starring Gali Gali me chor hai , has tried to entertain people showing corruption as the basic problem of Indian society. Bharat (Akshay Khanna) the aam aadmi , a cashier and part time “Hanuman” at Ramleela , residing in the city of Bhopal with his father Srinivasan, an old timer who values freedom and hopes to see a corruption free administration in the country. Bharat is married to Nisha a schoolteacher, loving and caring but doubting wife concerned more about Bharat’s promotion from cashier to manager at the bank than his flying tricks at the ‘Ramleela’. Sattu younger brother of MLA Manku, a bad actor is always unhappy that ‘Hanuman’ steals the show with his performance and Manku is unhappy over Bharat’s refusal to let out his extra room to campaigning for his re-election. Bharat’s father ShivNarayan befriends the opposing candidate Mohanlal and lets out the room to him for his campaign.

One night Hawaldar Parshuram Khushwaah informs Bharat about the theft of a Table-fan from his household. Khushwaah orders Bharat to come at the small court. The real act begins for Bharat here onwards, his life turns into a metaphorical remark aimed at the system by making this part time cashier slash hanuman into the front page national news heard from lane to lane filled with thieves.

Tell Me O Khuda to combat Ra.One

Tell Me O Khuda is senior Bollywood actress and danseuse, Hema Malini’s second directorial venture, with Dil Aashna Hai which had Shah Rukh Khan and Divya Bharti. The film is being touted as a relaunch for Hema Malini’s daughter, Esha Deol as an attempt to revive her floundering Bollywood caree. Arjan Bajwa will be seen as the male lead opposite Esha Deol. I am glad that things did not work out with him and that is the reason Dharamji is in the film,” says Malini. Don 2 – The Chase Continues, First look of Farhan Akhtar’s Don 2 is finally out

The eagerly awaited first look of Farhan Akhtar’s Don 2 is out! Don 2 is a sequel to Farhan Akhtar’s Don, which was a huge hit and which also inspired Akhtar to make a sequel. The title of don 2 says, ‘‘Get Ready for the return of the king’! Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, the sequel features Priyanka Chopra, Boman Irani and Om Puri. There are two new tracks in the film which will be essayed by actors Lara Dutta and Kunal Kapoor. Hrithik Roshan will also be seen in a cameo in the film. Shah Rukh Khan has undergone a complete makeover for his character in Don 2. He will be sporting a bearded look with a new hair style and also show off a six pack ab!

Don 2 has been shot in Berlin, Germany and Malaysia. The film is slated for a December 2011 release.

There are also stories of Akhtar planning a Don 3 – The Chase Ends, which will be last of the Don series by the film maker. Don was a remake of the Amitabh Bachchan starrer, Don. Though a remake and with similar characters and nuances borrowed from the original film, Akhtar’s Don had a different climax and story line. Krrish 2 will be a sequel to the 2006 Bollywood buster Krrish. Deepika Padukone will replace Priyanka Chopra as Hrithik’s love interest in Krrish 2, while Rekha and Riya Sen will be seen in supporting roles in the sequel.
